A Weekend in Wine Country

April 9, 2010

A few weeks ago my friend Amy and I took a road trip up to Traverse City Michigan for some relaxation and wine tasting! We stopped at several vineyards, including a new one that I had never been to before: 2 Lads. This amazing modern vineyard is nestled in a rustic country type setting in the Old Mission Peninsula. If you find yourself out there, stop by and sample some of their delicious red wines! While we were there, they were setting up their tasting room for a wine class. We were able to get a few shots of their beautiful table decor.

In addition to the wine tasting, massages, tasting the local flavor, I decided to challenge myself and bring just my film camera with me. Here are some of the images I just got back (no, none of these were edited in photoshop)! Enjoy :)

Cool looking old barn

We weren’t sure what this building was, but I love the BW shots I got!

This is a random picture of my friend Kelly. I thought I should put at least one people picture in my post :)
